This training session (the third of four) focuses on the different targets of sanctions – people, companies and activities.
You will learn about key sanctions lists within the EU, and the impact of third country sanctions in the EU.
We will also explore the differences between directly and indirectly sanctioned persons and why companies and other entities not on EU sanctions lists may still be subject to EU sanctions. We will use practical case studies and host a Q&A session.
This information will be relevant to all, but is essential knowledge for anybody doing business with a country subject to sanctions.
