EU Sanctions Due Diligence in Practice Webinar: Module 4 - End-Use and End-User Risks

Building on the Introductory Training Series delivered in March 2026, this brand-new series of bite-sized sessions is designed for anyone looking to develop an intermediate-level understanding of sanctions due diligence in practice.

  • Training and workshops

Drawing on real-life examples, this series is intended for participants who already have a basic grounding in EU sanctions but want to strengthen their practical skills. Delivered as 45-minute live modules, the sessions focus on the four ‘Keys to Compliance’: Who, What, Where, and What for.

Module 4: End-Use and End-User Risks

This final module reinforces why sanctions compliance matters, why end-use and end-user checks are essential, and how day-to-day vigilance protects the company, the public, and individual staff.

We will cover:

  • Why sanctions exist
  • Understanding end-use and end-user risk
  • The role of EU SMEs in compliance
  • Practical tools
  • Documenting and evidencing due diligence
  • Voluntary self-disclosure

There will be time for questions at the end.
